I'm happy with this morning's car pickup. But I made the service appt yesterday online with the corporate web system. It was early AM, the system told me I could have a 10am appt and have my car back that day. But once checked in, the dealer changed the story and needed the car overnight. It was all Ok with me, you provided local shuttle drive home and back again this AM to get the car. All good. But the mfr system was wrong! It did not know that it could not give my car back same day. That error needs fixing.

The service took an extra day because Putnum Lexus did not have the appropriate engine air filter for my 60 K mile scheduled service. My service manager, Benjamin Nino, had no control over that. But it did cause the service to take an extra day.
