Just a few very small things. I wish the automatic settings I have in my car would be reset the same way I had them when I get my car back. Mirrors reset to automatic same choice (moving in parallel to car after parking) . Air conditioning set as customer had it. Overall the service is excellent. The staff is exceptionally courteous & helpful . Thank you for getting rid of the former manager ( sales , I think)He was incredibly rude. I had hoped my car was going to be washed, This was a recall appt

The windshield was dirty. Randy told me specifically he would clean it. I cleaned it with a solvent when I got home. I would have appreciated some comment…for example, Randy telling me they tried and failed.
Not pleased my extended service contract was not known before I arrived and I was initially given a bill for service. I had to explain there should be no charge - and I shouldn’t have to explain. Was also told I would be receiving a phone call later in the day with a status update on my vehicle. Instead I received a text that read: Update: Karen, your car is in good hands. I'll let you know when your car is ready! Eda G Waylonis.
He provided the excellent service by revisiting and rechecking the issue I brought up and ensure the truck opening concern was fully identified. Thanks for his thoughtful follow up!
Excellent service from beginning to end. Greeted me by name, knew exactly what I was there for, had me out of there quickly and told me whaen to expect my card to be ready. I received a text update and he called when my card was ready. He welcomed me back and I signed papers and my car was clean and waiting for me! Feeling the love!
