In all our years of being faithful Lexus customers, and after purchasing three vehicles with every intention of purchasing more in the future, my husband and I are completely disappointed with our entire experience at Putnam Lexus. I plan to write a formal complaint to the general manager after being accused of “putting words” into the service manager’s (Greg) mouth and after being told “I don’t appreciate you holding me hostage” when attempting to simply hold him accountable for the charges he had offered to charge us per our phone conversation. Our car smells very bad, like there is mildew or mold build up, our headliner was left dirty by the service employees, when we drove off the lot our mats flew off the top of our car, they were all left up there and completely soaked, etc. There are many more details worth mentioning. Then we received an invoice for “Mileage Outside of Authorized Area” on the courtesy car today and we are appalled that this was never mentioned to us. Randy knew where we resided and what our circumstances were and yet these possible charges were never so much as mentioned. Our door handle, which although it was already broken prior to taking it in, was obviously pulled with force and is now extremely loose and about to fall off. At Fresno Lexus we have always felt like family, so much so that we have the general manager’s phone number in our contacts, Mike Gibson. We cannot believe everything we faced while dealing with Putnam Lexus. I was left completely baffled.

Marco did a great job. He kept me informed . I was frustrated by the fact that the clogged vents were a known problem for Lexus. I discovered this from my own research and what I was told by Lexus of Freemont.
