My multi-point vehicle inspection says my tires were balanced all around at 33 psi mileage at inspection 31435. At present mileage is 31466. Tire pressure readings are as follows: Front left/right = 39 psi Rear left = 41psi Rear right= 40psi Concerned this oversight might be repeated else where in this service appointment.

Randy was very friendly and kind . Thank you for the service except I noticed tire pressure on the left back passenger side numbers ja always lower than the other three , other tires reading at 36,37,36 then rare on the left reading at 35 . Is it normal ?

Randy is very professional. he understood i had my special need child with me and never rushed me thru the process. everything was smooth sailing from the time we got there. the loaner was readily available. notified us right away when our vehicle was ready. TOP NOTCH!!!

This is regarding the young girl who sits near the window when you enter the office she assisted me when I picked up my vehicle. I believe she’s new. She seem to have an attitude for no apparent reason. Also she seemed flustered while processing my credit card payment. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. But I did say thank you and she never responded to me or not even have a nice day. She just handed the card to me not saying a word and I left. I’ll think twice before I bring my car back there again.
