Everything was fine, no major issues. Did have a question on the wheel alignment that was done on a previous visit, but tech not in / not available to answer the question. Not a real issue, assuming alignment done correctly. There were some readings slightly out of spec.

Upon returning to pickup my vehicle, several of us were waiting in the reception area with employees walking by and no one helping us or providing any direction for some time. A cashier eventually showed up and tried to help everyone but it was a little disorganized. First time I’ve experienced less than stellar service at this dealership.

The car was taken in on a Saturday. The team did their best to address the noise issue but after receiving the car within 5 minutes of driving, I noticed the noise was back. After that, the car was kept at the dealership from Saturday to Friday and the team was not able to identify the problem. We have been driving the car for a while now and can certainly notice a sound in the cabin.

In past service my wife was told the car needed expensive items that were clearly not warranted. Further, they quoted prices that were as much as 10 times the market price for these items. It seems that when I bring the car in, these items never come up. We could be mistaken, but there appears to be an extreme bias involved.
