Alma was a great representative of Lexus with every minute of interaction, pleasant, professional, a good listener and communicator. The process was seamless from my first contact with the Svc Dept making an appt, to being notified of the option to reschedule earlier in the day to have increased access to a Loaner car, to the videos, multi-point check, and even to replace the quality cover for my keys, and the carwash. Everything was done in a way that is extremely rare to experience these days. I hope every team member receives a solid living wage so they stay at Lexus. A great team!
