Service manager or director Greg Dong told me my car had been repainted or repaired without factual evidence at the service drive . I bought my car brand new now I started to wonder did I bought a brand new Lexus product or some Lego cars from a glorified dealership? Greg Dong straight up tried to denied my warranty claim at the drive . Is this how this dealership practice business? Will it be better if I pay out out of my pocket? Last but not least. The whole driver's seat was all black and stains when I picked it up. I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP MYSELF. SOME PREVENTABLE PRACTICE MIGHT HELP? ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING...GREG DONG should get fired or get send back to school .
