Randy is the best. I find him to be kind, honest and patient. He explains everything, sometimes more than once…or twice…as if he has plenty of time, even though it’s the end of the day and he’s been there since 7:30. I appreciate him as my “Lexus service guy”. I realize I could go elsewhere…however I know he takes very good care of me. He instills my confidence in your dealership. I’d say he’s the reason I keep coming back.

Ben was great. Service was great. You need a directional sign as to which driveway to enter for service when coming from Industrial ave. I told you this two years ago. Still nothing. Can’t say I ever entered a dealership without good signage on where to go for service. It’s not that hard. Go to the city and ask for a permit to put a service directional sign on your building. I do it all the time for my Conner buildings I manage.
