Randy is excellent! He was able to schedule the service the next day, had a loaner car ready for me and kept me informed about the progress of the service and the testing of the electrical problem. Once diagnosed, the service was quick and efficient. Randy is a pleasure to work! Treat him well!

Randy is terrific. Very helpful in arranging for a quick replacement of tire and checking out other problems with the car. He then discovered that when we had bought the tire we had insurance for such damage so he reverse the $300 charge and I paid 50. I’m very appreciative of this going out of his way to help terrific guy.
