Randy was awesome! My cat was ready ahead of schedule, I was pleasantly surprised that it was cleaned! And Randy sat with me while we tried to get my Bluetooth connected again. Great service.

I felt $900 to replace a headlight is insane. Then to say they had to fix the axel 6 weeks after we had the 120,000 mile check up. This comes after you didn’t get the car fixed in a reasonable time frame last time we came to you, and your customer services got into it with my partner. We will not be coming back

Im very satisfied with putnam lexus, David Liss & others. One suggestion: please offer explanations on the loaner car as to all assistance for driving with options on screens & buttons etc.

Thought I sent it! I hit SUBMIT several times… But I said that David Liz was over the top fantastic, as usual and your entire LEXUS staff is the reason I have stayed with LEXUS for the past 24 years! The staff never ceases to amaze me with how thorough they are, especially when I went in with so many problems yesterday plus my regular servicing… David even cleaned up this great that I had on the right hand side of my car… Long story but he is over the top incredible! Thank you so much!

Great job checking the car. Was surprised that no one thought to look initially in the trunk of the car though for the wheel key lock? Instead, tried to sell me the $80 key? Also, was surprised to hear that my car was sold to me "from Stevens Creek" when I bought the used car right at Putnam Lexus...perhaps it had been transferred up here? Either way, the final check of the car was all excellent.
