Safelite Glass subcontractor on a Safeco/Liberty Mutual OEM parts only insurance policy has been very painful to deal with. Michael Kim handled matters with grace and patience. That’s not easy to do. They are still being a pain and he is still keeping me informed about their foolish machinations. Even though I ended up paying for the repair out of pocket to get things moving, I have a properly repaired windshield with safety sensors aligned and calibrated. I don’t think that would have been possible without the dealer’s close cooperation and support. And both were furnished through Michael’s strong efforts.
