Great service very nice and kept me informed.

After 10K service the oil gasket wasn’t closed and we had significant damaged on driveways at both of our homes in Palo Alto and Aptos. Unfortunately, despite working hard, Declan wasn’t able to remove the stains from our 2 driveways in Palo Alto and Aptos. He worked in Palo Alto on Thursday, 8/1, and in Aptos on Friday, 8/2. Declan assured us that Benjamin will contact us to schedule a cleaning service. Since we didn’t hear from anyone at Putnam Lexus, we’ve emailed Benjamin on Thursday morning, but haven’t heard back. The email contains photos of the extensive damage to the new driveway in Aptos. It’s our third car from Putnam dealership: Volvo and 2 Lexuses. Up to now we were very satisfied and have been recommending the dealership to our friends and colleagues. We look forward to hearing from the dealership ASAP.

Ben and the technician that replaced the front left wheel bearing and the valve cover seals and rear differential seals and the oil and oil filter did excellent work and completed all of the work before the time that they promised and the work was completed correctly. The loaner car was fun to drive! Ben also provided a discount to the price in order to make these repairs more affordable.
