Alma was very courteous and professional with me. She was able to get me checked in quickly called the shuttle for me and I went home all within 10 minutes once my car was ready. The shuttle was sent to pick me up quickly and again answered questions and had me ready Again within 10 minutes loved my experience with the service.

David had prepared for my appointment to have 4 new tires put on my car by checking the inventory and assuring there were tires in stock for my vehicle. Unfortunately, by the time my car was “in the air,” it turns out only 3 tires were then in stock. He promptly let me know the situation and found the 4th tire was available at another Lexus dealership and arranged to have that tire picked up so all 4 tires could be put on my car, keeping me informed every step of the way and working to get the job done and me back on the road with as little delay as possible.
