Dropped my car off for the second key to be paired. I was called today to come pick up the car, only to find that no key was paired. And I was told to take my car home, with just my one original key. Complete waste of time.

You’re Putnam LEXUS staff is absolutely over the top, not only kind and friendly, but incredibly intelligent… And I do stop in from time to time with little questions that I have about my car, and, with whomever I’m speaking, stop everything to answer me or get someone to answer it! You won’t believe how dependent I am on the Lexus staff for helping me in so many ways… I must also comment that because somebody had blocked my driveway and I drove into part of my garage and scuffed up one side of my car with some other kind of paint, which I never mentioned to David, he noticed it & cleaned it beautifully and saved me from going to a repair guy that I had hired and was going to charge me $2000!!! totally unrelated to LEXUS, of course… David saved me so much money and always does such an incredible job… Your people at my Lexus dealership are incredibly special… including David’s manager, Mark! Thank you so much! Especially David Liss!!!
