Vehicle was slightly scratched during service, but was told they would be taking care of it. Also the car was washed from what they told me, but actually looked dirtier than when I brought it in. So much soap left over I thought there were numerous other scratches, but turns out only one was a real scratch.

Promised car back in 2 hours but took over 3. I did not ask for a loaner to save you from giving me a loaner. People came in after me and left before me. If i had known about the wait time I would have asked for a loaner.
