I came in for the six month service check. She greeted me immediately with a smile, listened and answered my questions and we signed the agreement papers. Picking up the car was a breeze. She explained what had been done, and the results of the checklist. I was very satisfied with the service today

The loaner that I was given was INFESTED BY ANTS! They crawled all over the dashboard the center console, and ME. It was a driving hazard as I shook them off my arm and leg while driving. Mario’s service was fine. He’s good at what he does. But I had ants crawling on me in the loaner. The response, “Oh. Sorry about that.” Unimpressive response.

Do not like the recordings on the phone I want a person to talk to you to get information that you need it’s very irritating. My car was supposed to be done before noon. I didn’t hear from anybody at 20min. To, I called and no one could tell me how the car is coming except the person who signed me in. She said she was helping somebody that she could get right back to me 45 minutes later no response so I had to call back again and that person had gone for lunch very irritating. Nobody could tell me if my car was done, except this one person so I hung up and called back to Randy Who I had before and he got back to me and found out the information I needed. I was complicated with a car wash for my inconvenience so I appreciate that.

David was an amazing service manager today! He went the extra mile to make sure that I was super comfortable and as a result, I decided to purchase an extra service of getting my spark plugs replaced early.
