Randy was outstanding and he has been outstanding with me consistently. Lexus service however gets an F. basic service was fine but they sprung the brakes and rotate on me as they did before. They lied before with the mm measurement. I go elsewhere to get brakes done at a reasonable price. Lexus is outrageous. I made a service appointment for 930AM. Car wasn’t even looked at until afternoon. No Loaners available in AM as I didn’t request one since it was a short service. Drama drama with car getting done. Not Randy’s fault. I got a loaner in afternoon and car wasn’t done until late. Also phone scheduler is HORRIBLE! Disconnects and doesn’t recognize me and links me to my old vehicle. Get it together Putnam. Randy deserves a raise he is excellent. !!

Alma did an ok job, but the complimentary car wash was not provided, as I had to ask for windshield to be cleaned before I left the lot. The car was not vacuumed. In the past my car has come back looking “new” after being washed! How did they miss the cobwebs on my side mirrors? I was unable to access text with service prognosis. When I called I was told Alma would return my call…she never did? I have had FAB communication and service in the past, therefore very disappointed in this experience! Regards, Karyne
