I had a very difficult time getting any kind of response as to when I could pick up my car. And the one thing I asked to be fixed was not fixed. Extremely disappointing and a waste of a significant amount of my time.

David was terrific from start to finish. There were multiple issues along the way, but he handily dealt with each of them, including numerous communications with my insurance complany. He even took my car for a smog check because my registration was about to expire and DMV required it.
