Randy was very good about listening to my comments about problems I was having with the car. He fixed some of the problems on the spot. He offered to take my car in for a full evaluation and always kept me informed of the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my car. I felt he was someone I could trust and I recommend him highly.
