Upon picking up my car today, I noticed that my Belkin iPhone adapter was missing. I notified the service department immediately and informed him that it is not in the vehicle. It was in the vehicle when I dropped it off yesterday and would like to know what happened to it or replaced.

She was great! Stepped up right from the start and helped me get situated and setup logistically, thank you so much. Enjoyed the service and thankful to all the service people for completing the 5K setup for the TX shuttle service guy was excellent too. He really knows his GX, TX, UX very happy to hear about the cars sonic demand and glad always to be a proud owner or the TX. I love my baby

It’s my first time having purchased the vehicle new and serviced at Putnam. This isn’t my first Lexus, and I had my previous Lexus serviced at Serramonte prior for several years. Overall, I had more efficient communication at Serramonte comparing to Putnam. Mario was exceptional, but there is more room for improvement. I hope to continue bringing my car to Putnam for foreseeable services
