She did an excellent job communicating with me about the progress of my vehicle’s maintenance service. She was friendly and respectful in her communications with me. She has a great attitude about her work. I have been having problems with my gear shifting for a while now (since before the last service) it is “sticky” sometimes when going from park to drive and especially from reverse to drive. They said that they were unable to find the problem and did nothing about it. That worries me because it is getting worse. I would like it to be resolved.

Dave was awesome! I had an emergency flat tire on Friday which was well handled by Lexus Roadside assistance. I drive long distances on Mondays and Putnam Customer Service on Saturday morning took me in last minute. Dave even gave me loaner so I could do our family’s grocery shopping vs. waiting. We’ll be recommending Lexus to all our friends!

The cost for a minimum 120K package is crazy high—-don’t think we can justify coming back to do another maintenance at your dealership again.
