Randy was very helpful and explained everything that was going on with my car. I was given a great loaner so that my car could be repaired. Even though I had taken my car in on a late Friday afternoon, Randy and the service team provided excellent customer service.

Alma cardenas: Lack of empathy. Lack of tact. Passive agresiva. Highly defensive. Tone of voice rude. She was the focus not the information that has to deliver to clients with difficulties to u der stand English, also fast speed for seniors I am 70 years old.
