I have a prepaid maintenance plan. The 15k mile service includes tire rotation. It was not done. I requested it again after I was notified that my car was ready for pick up. After several hours, my agent told me it was now done. When I checked my tires at home, they were all in the same location as before my visit. I know because I have some scratches and markings on some of my tires. This is really dishonest and unacceptable.
