It’s amazing to me, but no matter how over-the-top busy David is, he always makes time for me… I did not have an appointment today, but when that light went on that said my front right tire was having a problem I freaked out because I didn’t know that this was happening… And on top of it, I was supposed to go down to MONTEREY today but canceled the trip at the last minute! The way things work sometimes is very strange… But LEXUS made it so much better thanks to David Liss!!!

Was disappointed that my car IS was returned dirty on the inside and its a new car and not happy to see a small nick in the front corner of the paint ( Even though small - its a brand new car) The Rx was returned Clean and service was good for RX

I never saw the rep again and it became extremely expensive I would have liked to talk to someone about all the new recommendations It also took much longer because of additional findings

The only thing I was not satisfied with is that the technician forgot to rotate two of the tires. I noticed because one of my wheels has a scratch on it and when I came to pick up my car, the wheel with the scratch was in the same position as before. I notified Mario and he called the technician to rotate the two remaining tires.
