The moment that I got the car it did not turn on an I had to ask for help and then when I got home the infotainment system had issue again- this time it was a new problem and would lose connection to my iPhone and would not connect again

Benjamin has been my service provider since I purchased my vehicle in 2025. He is truly the best, always so nice and attentive. Even though I relocated to another city, I still do the 40 min drive to Putnam because of Benjamin. He deserves a recognition. Million times thank you!!!

There is a cracking sound when the drivers seat moves into position when the car is turned on. Sounds like gears skipping.
