Efficient and helpful service from David Liss our service rep and the chauffeurs who took me home after I dropped off the Lexus for servicing and picked me up to retrieve the car after servicing. As well, the expert who re-connected my iPhone to the car GPS screen was very helpful.

This was the best experience I have ever had in the service department. Michael Kim was terrific. He welcomed me even though I didn’t have an appointment when I told him that I had a message on my dashboard about the problem. He was able to work out a export, for me because they needed to keep the car, took the car to the expert, and then stayed in constant touch with me, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much.

David is a true professional. He made up for the previous service error and made sure my car got the service it required. He also has a good personality and relatable.
