I enjoyed how LOW PRESSURE and friendly he was. Being a sales guy I appreciated that. It’s always the rookies that want to pressure and upsell hard and burn a relationship with the customer. One of the main reasons why I stopped going to dealerships. Randy made an impact on the positive side.

The actual service appointment was very smooth and everyone in the department was very helpful and friendly. Scheduling has been an issue for us both times though, the appointments were made for us by the dealer at the time we bought the car but neither of them actually made it into the system so when I called to confirm they didn't have an appointment for us and I needed to reschedule. I've been told booking an appointment through the app or online system also often has this result and it's better to call. So, ideally either this could be fixed or the option to book online should just be removed from the site if it's not going to actually make an appointment that way!

Every other time I've come in for maintenance, the car has been cleaned as a complimentary service automatically. I never had to ask. It was not cleaned this time nor was I asked if I wanted it to be cleaned. It took much longer than usual. I brought in the car before 9 am and it wasn't ready until 3:30 pm. In the past, it's been ready typically around 11-12, and the latest before was 2 pm. My dash cam was unplugged, which did not happen with previous maintenance appointments.

Randy was great in explaining what the recalls were for. Team made the updates. Loaner experience was also good. Able to keep loaner until all work completed.
