Very pleased that a technician joined me for a test ride to experience the unusual noises that my car was emitting . Also very happy that the source of the problem was detected and corrected! I very much appreciated having the use of a loaner car over the weekend????. I also enjoyed working with my service rep, Benjamin Nino!

Randy was great, but the service took a long time and one of the technicians uninstalled one of my children’s car seats without letting me know. When I went to go pickup my child I realized it had been uninstalled and it was a headache to install it on the go, with a waiting infant.
