Randy is terrific. Very helpful in arranging for a quick replacement of tire and checking out other problems with the car. He then discovered that when we had bought the tire we had insurance for such damage so he reverse the $300 charge and I paid 50. I’m very appreciative of this going out of his way to help terrific guy.

The 15K service plus a recall repair was a disaster: When I picked up my car, my invoice had the wrong license plate number, wrong mileage, and the car had “Need maintenance service” light still on. Only the VIN on the invoice was correct. I found these issues one by one afterwards. Finally George proposed to set up a second appointment and repeat the requested services. The issues of my car hopefully are fixed now. I do believe your dealership had a serious work flow tracking problem. As a loyal customer in the past 19 years, I always trust your services until this time. Nan-Hsiung Yeh
