Thought I sent it! I hit SUBMIT several times… But I said that David Liz was over the top fantastic, as usual and your entire LEXUS staff is the reason I have stayed with LEXUS for the past 24 years! The staff never ceases to amaze me with how thorough they are, especially when I went in with so many problems yesterday plus my regular servicing… David even cleaned up this great that I had on the right hand side of my car… Long story but he is over the top incredible! Great job checking the car. Was surprised that no one thought to look initially in the trunk of the car though for the wheel key lock? Instead, tried to sell me the $80 key?
Also, was surprised to hear that my car was sold to me "from Stevens Creek" when I bought the used car right at Putnam Lexus...perhaps it had been transferred up here?
Either way, the final check of the car was all excellent.
