My advisor Mario was Courteous, communicated clearly and answered my questions promptly. My concern is the service tech was not able to diagnose the problem with my car. On Wednesday evening, I picked up my car. Two days later, my car died after exiting from the freeway. Clearly there is an unresolved issue with my car that I wished Lexus could have diagnose while my car was there.

David was great and displayed professionalism and great customer service. I arrived early and the check in person did not notify David so I had to wait 25 minutes. David was very apologetic and comped the service charge. Thank you David!
