George A is my guy. I find the process of car service somewhat stressful since I seem to have a serious problem with rodent infestation. George is supportive, sympathetic, and highly professional. I find his manner comforting. I always make sure that George is stated to be my service manager when I make appointments for my Lexus. I have driven Lexus cars since the 1980s and will never stray.
