Ben took the time to listen to the recounting of my tire problem (which occurred over the past few days), and he reviewed the recent work done by Wheel Works to replace a missing bolt. Ben had a multi-point inspection done which revealed an additional missing part for which he put in an order. Ben was very reassuring that everything was done and will be done to assure the safe operation of my car.

I really appreciated David’s patience and perseverance to troubleshoot the issue with our daahcam and get it resolved as quickly as he could. He gave me updates and had great communications.
