Your staff are all pleasant and gracious - every single person, no matter how short the interaction. My bumper was damaged by the lift, while tires were being replaced- I still wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, and give Putnam Lexus Service Center five stars, because the employees make every interaction a pleasure. Thank you for assigning specific service reps to customers - I really appreciate working with Mario. He’s thorough, friendly, professional and a great communicator!

Very great service the best. I also submitted the little card in the mail. Randy was wonderful thank Greg for me and the little petite little girl that helped me when I came in to pick up my loaner was wonderful very sweet very personable. Everything was perfect.

Overall pleasant service and the car was ready on the promised time. But I came to get my car in the evening, when it was dark outside. After starting driving, I realized that my mirror was moved and I couldn't adjust it during drive as it was dark outside. Also, after few minutes of driving, cars behind me in in front of my started flushing their light, and then I realized that I was driving without lights. Usually my car lights are set for automatic, but during the service it was set to Off, which might be ok for the service, but it was not set back to automatic, and I was not told about it.
