No phone communication on what fixes will be done for the vehicle after inspection. Got text message, clicked the link, went over the reports and accepted and paid the service fees. Extremely dissatisfied. No phone communication to explain what’s going on, no ETA provided when the vehicle will be ready. Been coming over since 2012 and this is the worst service experience.

It took awhile for my car to be fixed but it was an intermittent issue that was difficult to diagnose. I’m pleased that my car is finally fixed, hopefully, problem does not reoccur.
