I am satisfied with the completed Maintenance with my car. I was disappointed that it was completed as told (end of day) since I dropped my car off at 745am. I had to get a loaner car that I had to put gas in upon return which I wouldn’t have had to do if the job was completed on my car. David apologized and explained what happened. This dealership remains the only place I will take my car for maintenance.

Alma is the Best! She is personal, efficient, experienced, professional and a great communicator. And I also appreciate her sense of humor. I have had two recent tire problems which she rapidly and economically solved. Bottom line: she exemplifies Customer Service. I salute Putnam for hiring her.

I wish the service agent reviewed what was done with my car. It was no big deal, I just looked at the receipt. Also, the gal at the front desk who I picked up the rental car from was pretty unfriendly. Regardless, the overall experience was seamless. I appreciated the timely call from Lexus when the light went off in my car. I was also glad they had a tire in stock and they were easily able to change it the same day of service. I also appreciated the service shop opened promptly at 7am.
