Never got back to my question in the time frame they specified. They didn’t clarify that coming around 6:50 would be pointless because service center is closed. I sent screenshot with my ETA. They should I have just told me that they were closed and don’t come. I would have not gotten a loaner then

Service was fine however, George, the service Advisor, never advised me that my vehicle was ready or any comments. I never saw him after my arrival. I had to check with the Desk after 2.5 hours.

I am concerned with quality control as this is the second time after getting my car from detail that I have concerns. I texted images after leaving the dealership today and I am waiting to hear back.

Only complaint is the facility really needs to be updated. Steven Creek Lexus service center is far nicer. I only drive up and fight traffic because I like Randy.

David was kind, knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. My husband had a small pocket knife fall from his pocket while driving my car. We figured out it must have fallen under the plastic cover under the seat. It held a huge sentimental value to us. David worked with the technician to recover it, we are very grateful for your outstanding staff
