I’ve had my car serviced in Texas before. What I paid for a mere inspection was about how much I paid to get my oil change in addition to inspection. There isn’t transparency on what to expect at milestones set for maintenance. Which one can look at to estimate costs. Website is also not very helpful

I was the first vehicle to arrive 15 min before center opened at 7am, three vehicles lined up behind me. After entry, all three vehicles behind me were immediately attended to, and I was the last even though I was the first in line. After more than 4 hours had passed, I phoned to inquire about the status of my car. I was told my service rep was at lunch and that nobody else could provide me with an update. I was told a post it with my mssg and number was placed on my rep’s desk. I never received a call back, nor text stating my car was ready. Instead, an email from him 90 min later stating that my car was ready. This last experience was unlike all others I have had with service in the past.
