Randy does a great job and is very professional as well as personable.
I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and I have done all my services through your dealership. I recently visited your dealership and would like to provide feedback on my experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who quickly asked for my name and directed me to the front desk. Unfortunately, I ended up standing there for about 10 minutes without anyone addressing me or my needs.
During this time, I checked on my car multiple times, but there was no indication that anyone had started checking it. It was only when the shuttle driver arrived and gave me a ride.
Throughout my visit, I was not approached by any service advisor to discuss my concerns or the services required for my vehicle. To add to my frustration, my car, which was in for a simple oil change, was not ready until 6 and a half hours later.
Due to the delay, I incurred additional expenses, spending so much money on Uber rides to manage my errands while waiting for my car. This experience was quite inconvenient and did not meet the level of service I expect from a Lexus dealership.
Finally, when I went to pick up my car, there was again no one available to talk to me. Only front desk was there and passed me the paper report. And no advisor was there to even talk to me.
I hope that you can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
