It would have been better if you had told me earlier that you would need to call me an Uber. Not a big problem, and I understand that there are crunch times, but it did make my day a bit more stressful since I was trying to make a call for which I thought I had allowed plenty of time but for which I ended up being late.

All went smoothly. But, I like to have the service person review any findings. I had asked to have a check of the “squeaky noises” I hear when going slowly over an uneven surface with separate tires. I guess it was checked but I don’t know what was done about it. I thought it needed lube or oil. Also, the cashier folks were trying to explain my tire assessment. I do not think they are trained in that area. Please call me. 4 out if 5 **
