David was great and always stayed in touch. He fixed my rodent problems and got me a metal screen to prevent it in the future. The metal screen should be original equipment.

I very much appreciated Alma's communication at drop off and pick up of the vehicle, as well as the offer for the free car wash. The service itself (second key programming) was quick and as expected. However, as much as I appreciate the complementary car wash, the individual that performed it did so with what I assume was a dirty dry cloth as there are long, micro scratches all over the hood, driver door and driver side of the trunk. I'm not sure whether the car was actually washed either, potentially just sprayed with water and dried, as there are several bird poop residue spots still on the hood and dirt in window and trunk window sills. This car is relatively new and has never been through a mechanical car wash as I was trying to avoid these exact scratches that shine in the sun.
Overall, Alma communicated well and the key was programmed successfully. Thank you for that. I'm quite disappointed in the new scratches from wash, which makes me hesitant to use Putnam Lexus for future service visits.
David’s demeanor, communication and attention to detail was excellent and kept me appraised of each repair and issue identified. He went above and beyond to help accommodate a larger loaner car, which in the end was not needed. But I appreciated the effort nonetheless. The tech team at Putnam seems to have resolved a nearly 2 year issue that the other local Lexus service center could not. Thank you so much.
I also wanted to leave feedback on one of the cashiers, who did not represent Lexus core values or expected level of customer service. After 10 years of loyalty with Lexus, I have never heard anyone say “it’s not my job” “they don’t tell me anything” ,or appear so unengaged until now. He just didn’t want to be there, it seems. I’m so sorry to see this.
Excellent service and friendly staff
Service is as nice and friendly, as always. But now that vehicle reports have gone digital, nobody told me that there were items from my multi-point inspection that needed “immediate attention”. Instead, I was asked to pay and ushered out like everything was ok. Need to be more communicative about this, and tell me before I leave if there’s anything I need to be worried about.
Would appreciate a callback letting me know if these items are truly “act now” items. Or things we can handle during the next service.
