To be clear, George provided me with excellent service. The overall experience was a bit disappointing. Maybe it was due to my streak of bad luck, but I received some devastating news about my Lexus that I had brought in for inspection. The cost to repair the issue was fairly expensive, and left me with little options. I was looking forward to possibly financing a pre owned vehicle from your inventory, and it seems that the only vehicles in stock were brand new. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to purchase a brand new car at the moment. Luckily, I was able to find a local mechanic that is able to offer the service quoted on the invoice, for half the price list by the service team. I can go on, but I’d rather make peace with the situation and move forward.

I was originally scheduled for tires and told that it would take 2 hours, when I arrived for the appt I waited 20 mins to get checked in, then was told that my appointment would take 3.5-4 hours. We rescheduled. Then I needed to reschedule (no fault of yours) when I arrived to have the 4 tires and alignment I was again told it would be 3.5 - 4 hours. I let the associate know that I would be waiting and that I had to pick up kids from school. At 3 hours and 50 minutes from my appt time I asked about the car was told they were done with alignment and it was at the car wash. I requested to pay so I could leave immediately. Assured it would be a few minutes, 40 mins later, after several requests I was finally brought my car. 4 hours and 40 mins after my appt time and 5 hours after I checked in.
