Annette was so helpful today. I was late for a meeting, but experienced difficulty starting my Explorer, which clearly needed a new battery. She quickly set up an appointment and had me out before the 1.5 hr estimate so I could continue my day. I really appreciate the assistance.

I felt Annette was looking out for me. When I wasn't fast enough to get to the courtesy van, he left without me. Annette apologized at least three times. Later she arranged to have my SporTrac delivered to my condo. It was appreciated.

I purchased “The Works” package which included a tire rotation, and since I know my vehicle, I know I have a nail puncture in a peculiar place which only drains air at a slow pace. I own an air compressor so I monitor my pressure constantly and fill as needed until I’m ready to purchase tires. The fact that no one has caught this nail is not what I’m concerned about. What I’m concerned about is this is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this service and both times my tires have not been rotated. How do I know I’m getting what I’m paying for? I like this location because it’s convenient, but two oversights like this from a loyal customer is pretty upsetting. I may have to look around for another dealership that will actually do what I’m paying for.
