Came in for service Tim Tim took care of me and got me in and out in time less than expected. He kept me informed of what was going on and they washed my truck. I didn’t expect that it was great. Tim is great.

Annette was very helpful, patient, thoughtful and understanding. The work which was done will take some understanding on how it is going to work. It still seems to be coming down at unannounced times. When I open it at home in my garage it goes up higher and hits my garage door which it never did hit before the adjustment.

To Be Super Honest and not go around the Bush. Ever Since the First Day I stepped inside the Ken Grody Dealer, I've never had a Bad Experience. On the contrary. Every Staff Member I have had Interaction with has been very satisfying.Raul Was excellent. I was having an minor issue with my battery so I walked in with no appointment. And I was still well taken care of just like if I had made an appointment. I've dealt with Chevy, Honda, Toyota and Ford has been my best experience thus far. Currently considering going back for another purchase within the next couple months. Great Job Ken Grody and keep it .
