Our service agent was named Tim. He’s incredibly rude and condescending. Completely showed a lack of care or empathy for the problems. We were dealing with at the time and then had the audacity to ask us to give them a five star rating. Next time I call and I need service if Tim answers the phone I will hang up and they call back for a different service agent

Nick was very nice and knowledgeable and even asked me if I had any other issues with my car other than the recall. So glad it was a mobile service and didn’t have to take time off work to take car to dealership

Tim got me an appointment when I called him with a dead battery. He met me and proceeded the paperwork. I was done in a short period of time. My car was washed. Plus I had a $20 coupon. Great customer service.
