The only issue is the $250.00 to determine I needed a new backup camera. Then the $800.00 price to replace it. Anyone can find an OEM on Amazon for $30.00 to $99.00. Raul is a good service member.

JC with KG Custom was amazing and very professional, kind, and accommodating! He was able to squeeze me in for last minute appointment. He and his team did a great job tinting the windows. Working with JC was the icing on the cake for the F150 pickup I came in to purchase. From the start my initial dealings with Dylan who is an exceptional Sales Person in my opinion and has an amazing personality! Dylan assisted me in every way from finding the truck, going on the test drive, and working through the negotiations. Dylan handled it professionally and made it smooth and easy. Dylan also explained all the details of my new vehicle. And there is Eddie in financing who was great, very thorough, professional, and another gentleman. This has been the best vehicle transaction I've ever been involved with. Been driving Ford F150 pickups for the last 40 years and it is such a pleasure to deal with Ken Grody Ford!! Tim provided me with outstanding service. The shuttle driver Larry gave me outstanding service. All the employees I had contact with were very helpful and very friendly. Again Tim was very helpful and kept me informed on my cars progress. my overall experience with Ken Grody was very pleasant and I will be back in the future to have my car serviced and repaired. Thanks again for a job well done done
