From the moment I drove into service, I was helped immediately and directed to Tim. Tim listened to my concerns and needs and was able to get all of the items completed while I waited. I appreciate that he was able to explain the issues that the techs found with my car and gave me options for completing the fixes. I will definitely come back to Ken Grody Ford.
