Rick also made sure that he told me exactly what was gonna happen with the car along with daily communication with me. He gave me an estimated timeline. I brought my car to Villa Ford because of an intermittent “check charging system warning. You replaced my alternator and wiring harness. I drove home with no indicates light and figured all is well. The next day on a short trip the same indicator light came on and I returned to Villa Ford and they again replaced my alternator. I drove to Indio without incident and then the next day I lost all power and was stranded in the desert. The car is now in a shop in Indio ‘(the Ford dealer in Indio does not work on cars older than ten years. I am waiting for their evaluation hopefully tomorrow . . . But in any case I am not happy with Villa Ford.
I dropped my truck off on Wednesday for the 1:30pm appt. The truck had not been looked at as of Monday so I had to pick it up without it being checked out. I was without my vehicle for too many days for it to not have been serviced. Horrible experience. Disgusted with your company’s inefficiency.

Well I asked the one of the sales rep to check the rattling noise coming from the exhaust area his name is Carlos and he said he would ask the mechanic he never did ask the mechanic anything and hey didnt even know what kind of diff fluid they use he thought they used motorcraft diff fluid witch that's what I wanted him to use and they use something called bg witch I don't know anything about! The last time I got my car serviced at rsm ford they told me my battery was very bad and villa ford told me that it's fine so I've not really had any good experience at any ford dealerships
