Ever since we bought this Ford we have been ripped off. We bought a warranty plan but EVERY time we brought it in we were told the problem wasn't covered, except an oil change. So I guess that cost us $3500

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I am beyond frustrated. This dealership had my vehicle for two weeks. I’ve already had to cancel one family vacation and today I had to cancel a second. It is making the same sound on the same issue on the red differential, and I have a sneaking suspicion, they used the incorrect shim Because the call I received stated they had to wait days because the shim was coming from Dearborn, Michigan, and that day they magically found it in one of the techs kits? Either way I need this taken care of ASAP. I have a family vacation which is been planned for months to Oregon next week. I have never had an issue takes so long. Sheldon was very apologetic that it took two weeks. He stated they were gonna give me a great deal on getting the brakes done out of a sheer matter of inconvenience. I would like to get the brakes done also now on Monday and we can discuss on what the dealership is prepared to do for my inconvenience thank you

We were very happy with our final service from Villa Ford. There were many loops that they had to go through their corporate office. However, thanks to Mike the manager he was very understanding of our predicament, which was a replacement of a catalytic converter. Joel, was also involved in our service and was very communicative.
