There was no indication that my vehicle was serviced. No new service sticker was placed on my windshield. I asked for new windshield wipers and they still streak. And I also asked if they can check a phantom ding that goes off after I drive for a few minutes after turning on the vehicle. I was not even asked if I wanted my car washed, which has always been asked of me at this dealership. My car was also returned to me in record time, leading me to believe that no servicing was actually made.

We do the landscape maintenance for you guys. I brought the truck in for a minor recall on Friday evening and asked Dave to try and get it done before close of business Saturday. He said he would do his best. I got a call Saturday morning at 7:30 saying the job was complete. Dave’s level of care went way beyond what I expected. He’s a true testament to Customer Service. And now my guys can hit the road running Monday morning!! Thanks Dave!
