Rick is great and honestly the only person I trust at Villa ford with my vehicle. He takes the time to get all the necessary information and follows up when he states he will. He is very patient and again takes his time to walk through the good and bad news of my vehicle.

This was the first time I went online and made an appointment for a Saturday usually I wake Up early and be there first but thinking my appointment I got there 7:15 am some guy name Josh was rude as hell, saying no appointments no consideration or explain then took two cars infront of me that were actually behind me, then around 9:15 am I supposedly Was done when I get to the cashier side it wasn’t even my car they had confused me with someone else bc my paper work was on Carlos Ibarra desk then I go Back and forth to sit down I was Trying to stay patient enough but it was the worse service ever and would be leaving a review, ridiculous to be honest. And there was another lady before same situation.

The vehicle always has grease prints where ever the mechanic has been working, stepping handling on the vehicle

Dave is an attentive, knowledgeable, and intelligent representative of Villa Ford, and it was a pleasure working with him. I wish I had bought my truck from Villa Ford!
