Getting a loaner car should not take 40 minutes. But it did. Absolutely ludicrous. I had to take the car in for security system removal despite being told it would be handled day or purchase. Then expected to go pump 1.5 gallons of gas into the loaner. Legacy auto dealerships are a trash system that can’t go away soon enough.

Multi system inspection- I’ve been having this done every spring before my Summer trips. A great way to find potential road problems. Usually change oil too but no need to THIS time. I was surprised that the systems check is complementary. Thank you!

Honestly, I was not looking forward to going to Villa Ford for my new to me Lincoln but Daniella totally changed my experience to a fantastic one. You guys are lucky to have such a kind, pleasant and helpful employee. She made me feel welcome and seemed to really care that I had a good experience.
