Thanks Joe for trying to get the axle done. I do think that it was a little discouraging to get declined when the boots are a known issue for sasquatch package. Ford even changed the boot material and issues a superseded part number. But I will pick my battles. Joe again fantastic guy.

When I purchased the truck in 2024 the service agreement was never pushed through and documented. This is the third time I brought my vehicle in for service and have had to run back-and-forth between sales and service to make sure that my service agreement was valid.. I am still not sure this has been taken care of. My service agent Domingo was great and very helpful for the 2nd time thru this process.
